Theoretic part is intent on description methods financial analysis. In practical parts is given to theory apply to company SATT Inc. At the close thesis are mentioned record financial analysis benchmarking summary and proposals that the firm in years to come will help improve pertinent bad financial situation.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of H & M spol. s r.o. in the years 2015-2019. The thesis is divided into three key parts. The firtst part contains theoretical part, where is an explanation of basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation of the company and the proposal for its improvement" focuses on financial analysis of enterprises on the basis of the financial statements. Selected firm is Rapidoil Hako s.r.o., the name of the establishment: Třebovický mlýn in the year 2008-2012. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part describes the methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the practical part of the analyzed company. The obtained results from the practical part with design recommendations to improve the financial situation of the chosen company.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of VHS plus, spol. s r. o. financial situation from 2007 to 2010, using methods of financial analysis. Information for calculations was obtained from balance sheet and profit and loss statement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the methods of financial analysis are described and the theory is practically applied in the practical part. Important part of this thesis is proposals to improvement. Here are suggested the procedures for dealing with flaws found out from financial analysis.

This diploma thesis deals with assessment of financial situation of a chosen company on basis of its accounts. The first part of the thesis includes an issue of financial analysis, its devices and methods. The next part contains financial analysis itself. First, property and financial structure of the company is evaluated by means of horizontal and vertical analyses. The thesis focuses mostly on a calculation and successive evaluation of ratio indicators of profitability, liquidity, insolvency and activity. In conclusion of the financial analysis there are multidimensional bankruptcy models used which are a part of the predication of financial stringency of the company. On the basis of findings the diploma thesis includes proposal of strategy which should improve financial health of examinated company.

This diploma thesis occupies with financial analysis of a firm. The aim of this thesis is to suggest some recommendation to change economy of the analyzed firm. The theoretical section of the thesis describes some methods of financial analysis, above all elementary methods. In the practical part, these methods are used for the compilation of a financial analysis of firm Family brewery Bernard and to evaluation of the economy situation of the firm. The final part brings some recommendation for improvement of the economy of the analyzed firm.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluation of Alfaplastic, a. s. company financial situation during the years 2004 and 2006. Financial statement of the given company was used for the evaluation. In a forepart a term financial analysis and methods of a basic technical analysis are explained. Another part of work is focused on a creation of evaluation of a financial situation of the company. The last part of work summarizes results of partial analysis, problematic areas are defined and their solutions are mentioned.
